How to apply


We are delighted you want to apply to Charles Sturt University (CSU) Study Centres. To make the admission process as easy as possible, there are several ways you can apply.

International students

Apply online

Step 1: Fill in our International Student Online Application Form.

Step 2: You will hear back from a dedicated Student Enrolment Advisor within 24 hours to request supporting documents. They will let you know what you need to provide, as well as the best way to send documents.

 

Apply via email

Step 1: Download an international application form.

Step 2: Complete all sections.

Step 3: Upload and attach all necessary documents*.

Step 4: Email your application to a local agent representative or directly to the Admissions Centre.

Step 4 Your application will be reviewed for eligibility, and you will be notified in writing via email.

 

Apply by post

Step 1: Download an international application form.

Step 3: Attach all necessary documents*.

Step 4: Post your application to:

Step 5: Your application will be reviewed for eligibility, and you will be notified in writing of the outcome.

 

Apply through an agent

Download and complete the international application form and return it to your local representative, along with the supporting documents*. You can find your nearest local representative by clicking here.

 

Essential documents

When you apply to study in Australia, you need to include the following documents with your application.

  • Verified copies of your academic qualifications, translated into English (see more on this below).
  • Evidence of English language proficiency.
  • A copy of your passport, visa or birth certificate.

 

Persons who can certify copies include:

  • an authorised officer from the institution that originally issued the documents, an Australian Overseas Diplomatic Mission or Australian Education Office
  • an authorised CSU representative
  • an authorised Study Group Australia representative
  • a Public Notary, Justice of the Peace, or authorised staff member of CSU or the CSU Study Centre.

Authorised persons must sign and print their name clearly in English, include the date, and provide an official stamp or seal of the authorised officer’s organisation.

Australian Students

Apply online

You can apply online by filling in our Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree Online Application Form. It’s quick and easy and you'll hear back from a dedicated Student Enrolment Advisor within 24 hours.

 

Important information

If you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, the Australian documents supporting your application no longer need to be verified as a true copy. However, if you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident with overseas qualifications, you must submit verified copies of your official overseas documents.
