Managing the transition to life in Australia

Our staff will help you to adapt to a new life


Much of our early support involves carefully and actively helping you to adapt to life in a new country.

We have helped thousands of students through their initial excitement, confusion with transport or money, learning of new social customs and possible homesickness.

Orientation

Students attending orientation program


Our Orientation Program runs in the week before classes commence. This program will assist you to make the transition to living and studying in Australia and is designed to provide a framework that will allow you to get the most out of your experience both academically and personally.

Orientation is an opportunity to make new friends and prepare for the semester ahead.

Student Services

We povide you with best care and support possible
We have a well-established network of people and a range of programs in place to advise and assist students with problems associated with study, health issues, career and personal matters.

Each campus has a Student Welfare Coordinator who is available to assist with a variety of academic and personal problems. These counsellors monitor academic progress and assist wherever necessary.

Health & Insurance

Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) – Australia

If you choose to study in Australia, you must have OSHC. OSHC ensures you have adequate health care arrangements whilst you are studying in Australia. CSU will arrange your OSHC with your enrolment.
