Both Study Centres have Course Coordinators and a Student Welfare Coordinator who are available to assist you with a variety of academic and personal problems.
The Course Coordinators monitor your academic progress and assist you wherever necessary.
Academic Skills Advisors offer academic learning support to all students enrolled at CSU Study Centres, to enable them to acquire or enhance the skills they need to succeed in university studies.

These services are available so that specific assistance can be provided to develop students' academic writing skills.
In some of the more challenging subjects Academic Skills Advisors will who are English language teaching experts will team teach with the lecturer to provide language support during class time.
In addition to the professional services that the CSU Study Centres provide, students have access to the following programs:
Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) run by PASS Leaders who facilitate voluntary, informal, weekly sessions in which students review concepts, discuss readings, develop organisational tools and prepare for examinations. PASS Leaders are themselves students who have successfully completed the subject they facilitate.
Successful Transition Enhanced by Peers (STEP) Leaders - Senior students who are successful in their studies act as mentors to new and other students in a scheme known as STEP. In this program STEP Leaders provide their peers with information, support, and hints-and-tips that will assist students to be successful in their studies and life as a student.
