Homestay
Homestays are designed to support international students to learn more about the culture and lifestyle and help improve their language skills in a new country. All homestay families have hosting experience, police clearance and their homes have been inspected to meet certain criteria.
Please note that Charles Sturt University Study Centres do not have agreements with homestay providers. Any arrangements you enter into with the provider is between you and the provider directly.

How to book
After you have confirmed your place and arranged your visa, the next step is to book your accommodation. Make sure you know your arrival and departure dates. To book your accommodation you will need to go directly to your chosen provider and book via their website. Contact us if you have any questions.
Private renting
If you are over 18 you can choose to look for a private house, flat or apartment, which you can rent furnished or unfurnished. If you choose an unfurnished house you will need to provide your own furniture and appliances.
